Brewing Company: complex HR solutions for start-up project

A large international brewing company with more than 350 years’ history.

A foreign company starting operations in Russia.
Objective: to deliver a comprehensive HR solution, from putting the company into operation to registering a legal entity and managing a full-fledged business operation.

Key positions were identified and approved to launch the Client’s project.
In a month candidates were found to fill the approved positions (marketing department manager, channel sales executive, financial director, etc.)
The employees were leased to Coleman Services’ staff.
HR-filing and payroll were also outsourced to Coleman Services.
As soon as the Client was registered as a legal entity, all core employees were transferred from Coleman Services’ staff to the Client’s staff.
