ABOUT THE CLIENT COMPANY

A large FMCG company, operating in Russia since 2001.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

  • A team of the Client Company’s employees went on a six-month business trip overseas to learn SAP (enterprise software for business operations and customer relations management), returning to Russia periodically.
  • After learning the basics of SAP and principles of working with the system the specialists were intended to return and implement it here.
  • The objective was to recruit a reserve team that would replace regular staff till the end of the project.

PROJECT EXECUTION

  • 6 complicated vacancies was filled in 5 weeks (highly qualified specialists in business and finance, project managers, fluent English), which were essential for backup team proper operation. What is also important - one of the 6 recruited specialists was sent  to study overseas as well.
  • On the second stage the recruited specialists were transferred to Coleman Services staff.

PRACTICAL RESULTS FOR THE RESULTS

  • Within a short span (5 weeks) Coleman Services hired and formed a fully functional team of highly qualified specialists, ready to work with the Client on a project basis.
  • The Client was able to continue working on other operations without any disruption and could carry out the project of working out and implementation of ERP systems at a time.
