Coleman Services performed analysis of the current situation in the Client company regarding compensation level and social package filling according to position level.

A survey of the competitive environment of the Client was conducted to show compensation level, social package and yearly bonus.

A contrastive analysis was undertaken to elaborate competitive compensation package for the Client staff.
PRACTICAL RESULTS FOR THE CLIENT

The project revealed main reason for staff turnover.

On analysis base a competitive compensation package has been elaborated and several changes to budgeting have been made.
