PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

A merger of the company with another global brand which entered Russian market in the mid-1990s (both companies were Coleman Services Clients at the time).

The main objective was to integrate new company into existing standards together with avoiding downtime and loss of key employees.
PROJECT EXECUTION

A Coleman Services project group was formed to take responsibility for the whole project cycle with the Client, a project manager was assigned to be the main contact both for the Client and personnel.

67 employees were outstaffed to Coleman Services (primarily stylists, barbers, make-up artists, models, i.e. those who run master classes, offer consultations, participate in various shows and presentations etc.).

The payment for lectures, master classes, consultations, participation in shows and demonstrations was organized

A control of payment of business trips organization costs (tickets, hotels) was set.
PRACTICAL RESULTS FOR THE CLIENT

The budget was optimized via Outstaffing solution.

Corporate standards were successfully implemented in the new company.

An efficient system of personnel control notwithstanding wide dispersion throughout Russian Federation was organized.
By 2011, more than 300 of the Client’s employees were under administration of Coleman Services.
