PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Coleman Services took employees on the staff under two schemes:

on in-person meetings at Coleman Services regional offices

remotely with employees from other cities

In two weeks 900 people from 45 cities throughout Russia were hired without delays in wages.

Administration was distributed among 5 Coleman Services offices (Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Saint Petersburg, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Novosibirsk) with the project coordinator in Moscow.

An internal database was especially designed to comply with sophisticated report system.
PROJECT EXECUTION
A number of extra tasks were solved along with the main project execution:

A system of “floating” days for merchandisers was implemented.

A regional market research was carried out to clarify costs and procedures of medical examination and timely health records obtainment.

Compensation of transport costs was implemented.

A series of business trips was organized for the staff to attend sales trainings.

Merchandising staff was provided with PDAs with planogram schemes.
