Construction: an example of HR-audit application

ABOUT THE CLIENT COMPANY

An international company that is specialised in providing engineering, purveyance, construction, commissioning and maintenance services in the mechanical, electronic and telecommunications fields, as well as EC&I.
 

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

  • Total change of HR department staff.
  • Uncertainty of the Client company’s management as to the correctness of HR document management and application of the Russian  labor law concerning all categories of employees, including foreign and rotating staff.

PROJECT EXECUTION

  • A sampling audit of HR documents in several employee categories: employees working full time with standard hours, employees working irregular working hours, rotating employees was executed.
  • A detailed report on the drawbacks and potential risks for the company revealed in  audit procedure was prepared .
  • Audit-based labor agreement templates were developed for all employee categories to fully comply with labor legislatyion of the Russian Federation.

PRACTICAL RESULTS FOR THE CLIENT

  • All necessary document templates were developed.
  • All the documentation was brought to comly with  the laws of the Russian Federation.
  • Issued recommendations on the implementation of records management
  • Company risks were reasonably reduced.
