Evaluation of personnel loyalty for retail company (Saint-Petersburg)

ABOUT THE CLIENT COMPANY

Large federal retail chain of jewelry in Russia. Since 2000 the company is opened in more than 150 Russian cities and has more than 500 jewelry stores and pawnshops.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Company reorganization, connected with changing of business processes and personnel optimization
The idea was to:
  • Raise the efficiency of new business processes together with general labor efficiency;
  • Improve the psychological atmosphere in the company;
  • Estimate the level of employees’ satisfaction.

PROJECT EXECUTION

  • Coleman Services project team was formed (it included consultants with psychological education).
  • The targets of the research were set.
  • 5 differential techniques of evaluation of personnel loyalty were developed especially for the Client.
  • Questionnaire for the survey was prepared and the research was  conducted (260 employees were broken down by groups - 15-20 persons in each)
  • The analysis of the data collected was conducted in agreed period. 
  • The final report and recommendations on the raise of staff loyalty were provided to the Client.

PRACTICAL RESULTS FOR THE CLIENT

  • The Client got the required evaluation of personnel loyalty and the level of satisfaction of different employees’ categories.
  • Problem moments that influenced the level of personnel loyalty and employees’ satisfaction were found.
  • The Client got all the necessary recommendations to develop personnel loyalty in the company.
