PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
The Client restructured its Sales department. As a result a new vacancy was opened – DIY* manager. Candidate requirements: 3+ years of work experience with DIY chains, customer-oriented approach, promptness, and ability to create and maintain the image of company as a sustainable business partner.
*DIY - do it yourself. Today DIY chains are Big Box stores, offering variety of home improvement goods.
PROJECT EXECUTION

Coleman Services recruiters analyzed market of candidates in B2B sales, DIY-segment (sales of sanitary ware, ceramics, building materials);

As a result, they formed a pool of candidates with relevant work experience;

Client chose the most interesting resumes;

Selected candidates were interviewed by Coleman Services specialists. Only 3 most succesful candidates were chosen for an interview with the Client.

One candidate received job offer from the Client. He had work experience with all mentioned DIY-chains and knew company products.
