Real Estate: an example of sophisticated placement (permanent staffing)


The Client is a large branch holding, consolidating tens of companies in construction and real estate development.


  • The Client reqiered Product Offering Manager for new projects of the company.  The job opening is brand new and is connected with developing new territories for construction.
  • The Client has a number of specific requirements for potential candidate: 

o   A native of Saint-Petersburg with inner understanding of the local mentality, the so called local customer voice;
o   A compulsory experience in customer related industries (В2С);
o   An experience in any Russian product branding (it could be anything from portable electronics to foodstuffs);
o   Fluent English;   
o   Proactive position.


  • Several meetings with the Client were organized to work out in common a vacancy profile.
  • The market of candidates with required B2C specialization was analyzed.  As a result a short list of candidates with relevant skills and experience interested in real estate was formed.
  • After a series of job interviews 15 candidates` CVs were directed to the Client. 7 candidates from the list were then invited to the interview with future employer.
  • The Client chose finalist who complied with all key requirements for the vacancy.
  • The candidate chosen was then challenged 7 stages of interview, including Skype, in-person interviews, visiting of all objects under construction and business lunch with CEO.
  • The candidate was approved by the Client after the final interview.


  • Coleman Services recruited a candidate who met all the requirements of the Client. Newcomer started creating unique product on the Real Estate market of Saint Petersburg for the Client.
  • Successful project execution resulted in a range of new job openings handed to Coleman Services by the Client (for Procurement, Business development, Engineering and Accounts department).
