PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
The change of senior management and the following business realignment showed the necessity of business processes optimization.
PROJECT EXECUTION
Pre-setup period - 3 months (including documents agreement).

In order to impose project deadlines, terms and stages series of meetings were held.

The Client appointed one contact person to limit the access to confidential information inside the company.
Setup period: 1C system adjustment - 9 business days.

The Client used 1C software ver. 7.7 and it imposed some restrictions for HR-filing work processes. To improve the situation and for to increased HR filling capability data were transferred to 1C ver.8.2.

Data upload of the payroll posting was set up. As a result, The Client could disclose payroll posting automatically in accounting software.

After the test period the updated 1C software operated as planned.
