Within the framework of Outplacement projects Coleman Services is assuming the obligations to:

• Organize a personal interview with the employee
• Prepare a professional CV (in two languages – Russian, English)
• Make current labor market analysis, develop recommendations on re-employment and right behavior at future interviews with potential employers
• Develop and agree on the plan/mailing list for submitting the CV of the employee to potential employers
• Conduct submitting the CV according to the agreed plan
• Duly inform the employee on the regular basis on the results of the activities connected with the delivery of the CV
• Fully contribute to success of potential employer ’ internal selection activities
